Description
After committing to seek an extraordinary life, an anonymous author takes the next step in her nearly impossible plan. The second of her memory-packed traveling books is mailed, its end goal to journey back to her, delivered by someone she wrote about inside. For the sake of science, she sends it to a new recipient, from a new launch point- another chance to see this wild idea of hers grow wings.
In Find Me Book Two, we see the volume reach an unsuspecting person in the state of Alabama, eventually finding a home in a senior residence library with scarce hope of escape. Safely stashed within the ramparts of the home, the concept inspires residents to share parts of their lives that no one bothers to ask about anymore. What began as a few pensioners seeking novelty turns into an enchanted little book club called the Bonita Butterflies- these vibrant and well-lived women suddenly have much more to talk about than their aches and pains. A new reader comes forth; will he be affected, too?
As in Book One, the reader is privy to the introspective journal entries of the author, a woman who is trying to find her way. Torn between two men, she veers towards her heart and sets events in motion that will change everything. Her family and future balance on a razor’s edge. No longer willing to settle for what is, she hurls herself into an uncertain future. Will things work out as she planned? Still teased by a life she doesn’t feel worthy of having anymore, will her decisions lead her to happiness and the extraordinary life she craves?
